Campaign Story

My name is Chelsea and with my partner by my side, we are dreaming of growing our family. After years of heartbreak and healing, we are finally ready to pursue the path to parenthood, and we’re reaching out to our community for support.

Our journey has been marked by profound loss. In 2017 and 2018, I suffered two ectopic pregnancies. To protect my health, I needed surgery to remove both of my fallopian tubes. In an instant, the possibility of a natural pregnancy was gone. The grief was overwhelming, and it took time to heal both physically and emotionally. Today, I am so grateful to have found a loving partner, and together we have found the courage and hope to try again. For us, the only way forward to have a biological child is through in vitro fertilization (IVF).

While we are filled with hope, the financial barrier is daunting. A single cycle of IVF costs thousands of dollars, and our insurance provides no coverage for fertility treatments. We are saving everything we can, but we cannot do this alone. Your contribution, no matter the size, will go directly toward the medical costs of IVF—medications, procedures, and lab fees—bringing us one critical step closer to holding our baby in our arms.
